Step 1: Turn off the circuit breaker or unplug the dishwasher immediately.
Step 2: Shut off the water supply valve beneath the kitchen sink.
Step 3: Carefully tilt the dishwasher backwards at a 45-degree angle. Water will drain out of the base pan onto towels placed on the floor.
Step 4: Allow the bottom float switch chamber to dry completely for 12 to 24 hours.
Step 5: Inspect the sump gasket inside the tub. Tighten the four Torx screws around the plastic sump well.
Step 6: Power back on. If E15 error clears, monitor your next wash with a flashlight to verify there is no ongoing drip.
